District Games The final two District Championshipwere decided,

At South oldham, the Junior Baseball championship was decided as North Oldham defeated South Oldham 9-2 win. For North Oldham, Griffin mcLarty had a triple, two doubles and 3 Rbi's.. trey Wills had three Rbi's. with two hits. For South oldham john mcCarthy had a rbi singel.

in the 10 year old nationals, North Oldham  won the district 2 championship by beating Valley Sports 10-8. For North Oldham, Steven Votaw, Kaiya Sheron and Ben Gibson each had 2 Rbi's apiece. Austin reed had a double. For Valley Sports, J.R. Perry had a two run homer and 4 Rbi's. Clayton Cox added a triple and a double.. Cooper haycraft had two hits.

At the Ky State Softball tournament in Winchester

9-10 Year old Nationals took on North laurel, the game was suspended beacuse rain and lightning and will be completed on Monday.

10-11 Year old Nationals took on Red River ,the game was suspended beacuse rain and lightning and will be completed on Monday.

11-12 Year old Nationals, Valley Sports defeated Winchester 11-4.

Big League Baseball State Tournament at Oldham County High School

North Laurel beat North Oldham 10-0 and 13-5 to win the Big League Baseball State Championship.

The  Senior League and Junior  Baseball took to the field saturday morning at South Oldham little league trying to beat the heat.  in the Seniors, South Oldham won the district championship with 8-2  win over North Oldham . In the Juniors,  North Oldham made a comeback on South Oldham to win 10-5.

11-12 Year olds Nationals  at Valley Sports  Valley Sports shutout North oldham 7-0 to win the District Championship advances to the state tournament in Prestonburg.

9-10 year Old Nationals  at North Oldham in an elimination game Valley Sports over came 12-2 deficit  early and beat Nelson County 13-12 in the bottom of the sixinning on Trent Murphy's game winning two run double.  For valley Sports,  Dawson cooper, Jason Adams , and Clayton Cox had two hits each.  For nelson County, trevor reid had a triple and  4 Rbi's.  Cody Doig added a double.  laine Peake had three hits. 

At the state softball tournament in Winchester, Ky  district 2  teams were in action

The 9-10 year olds from North Oldham defeated Marion County 6 - 3.    The 10-11 year olds from North Oldham beat  red River 19-6.  11-12 year olds  Valley Sports beat Washington County 14-2.

District Softball champions are playing in State Tournament at Winchester

It was hot night of Baseball through out the District,  Over at South Oldham the Senior Baseball started their all-stars as South Oldham defeated North Oldham 11-4.   Both Teams will meet agains Saturday morning at 9:00am.

At Valley Sports, the 12 nationals  had an elimination game as North oldham defeated Nelson County 21-3.  North oldham will take on Valley Sports at 8:00pm Saturday at Valley Sports.

At North OLdham the 10 nationals  had two games. In the First game, 10 run fourth inning helped North Oldham beat valley Sports 21-11.  For North oldham, Gavin McLarty had 6 Rbi's and a double.   Anthony reynolds and kayia Sheron had triples.  Caleb Jones had a double and three rbi's.  Ross Pfost, Trevor Amburgey,and trenton Mills eah had two apiece.  For Valey Sports,  Justin Mary had 3 Rbi's and two doubles.  Dawson Cooper had four hits.  trey Minter had two hits. 

in the second game Nelson County had a 9 run second inning as they beat South Oldham 9-4.  For Nelson County,  Cameron Stone had a triple.   Andrew Berryand Ryan Mattingly each. added a double.  Nelson County county will take on Valley Sports at 8:00pm at North Oldham Little League.

District 2 &  North Oldham Little League will host the Ky State tournament for the Junior & Senior League baseball divisions of Little league Baseball. The tournament will be held at Oldham County High School Baseball field starting Saturday, July 21. North Odlham Little  League  represents District 2 in the Junior League Tournament and will play on Sunday, July 22 at 12:30pm against the Beaver Creek / Hazard-Perry winner.  In the Senior League, South Oldham  Little league will represent District 2 and take on  Ashland National on Saturday, July 21st at 5:30pm  Teams and the districts they represent in the .tournament are listed below.   Good Luck to all the teams in the state tournaments.
