Over at Nelson County Wednesday night the girls 11-12 Year old softball championship was decided as Valley Sports defeated North Odlham 6-5.

Thursday Night games

After an off day for the fourth of July  the 12's and 10's  nationals  got under way.   Over at Valley Sports the field crew  got the field  ready after early morning thunderstorms and games were Played.   in the first game Valley Sports  handed Nelson County a 9-1 loss.  in the nightcap, North oldham needed an extra inning to berat South Oldham 5-4.  North oldham and Nelson County will meet Friday night at 7:00pm at Valley Sports.

Over at North oldham the 10's were back in action as North Oldham shutout Nelson County 9-0.  For North Oldham,   Anthony Reynolds, Ross Pfost, and Ben Gibson combined on the shutout.  Trenton Mills had a triple.  ben Gibson had 4 Rbi's and a double. For nelson County, lain Peake and Andrew Berry had base hits. In the second game, valley Sports over came a 7-1 deficit and scored 14 runs in the second inninga as They beat South Oldham 17 - 7.  For Valley Sports, trent Murphy had a double.  Dawson Cooper, Clinton Cox and Jason Adams each had two hits.  For South Oldham,Matt Reaves had two hits and four Rbi's. Jack angermeier hit a two run homer in the second inning.   Will Herman added a triple. Friday's games at North Oldham< North Oldham  & valley Sports go in game 1 at  6:00pm.  In the second game, Nelson County and South oldham  go at 8:00pm.

Tuesday Night Games

Hot weather at all the ballparks in the district on Tuesday night.  Three district championship were decided.  one  was over at Nelson county where North Oldham defeated Nelson County 23-1 in the 7-8 year old softball post-season. 

Over at North oldham the 12 year old  post-season championship was decided as North Oldham defeated Trimble County 12-2. For North Oldham Trent Hall hit a two Run homerun and Matthew Baker added three run homerun. Landon Gregg had a double. Mason Donner and Jett Kincer added atriple. For Trimble County. David Duncan had a two run double. Dane Lacefield and Logan Rodgers had base hits. 

The second championship decided  was 8 year old baseball Post-season as North Oldham defeated Valley Sports 16-1. For the 8's, Drew Wallace and Dean Carde each had a double. Sam Young had three hits.    For Valley Sports,  Tyler Kerfoot and Jacob Gibson each had a double. Skyler Murphy had two hits.

At Nelson County the 12 yearold softball nationals went seven innings as Valley Sports defeated North Oldham 4-3 in seven innings.  in the 10 Year old Baseball  Nationals Valley Sports beat nelson County 14-1.

Over at South Oldham the 10 Year old baseball nationals South Oldham beat North Oldham 9-6.

The 12 Year Old Baseball Nationals started bracket play at Valley Sports.  Valley Sports defeated South oldham in the first game.  In the nightcap Nelson County defeated North Oldham  16-10.

Monday Night Games

Despite some delays at some locations are games were played and completed.

At Nelson County, after rain delay and a great field crew got ready again the softball games were completed as Valley Sports defeated Nelson County  11-0 in the 12 Year old Nationals.  In the 8 Year old Post-season softball Nelson County beat Valley Sports 10-7.

At Trimble County the Trimble County defeated  South Oldham Green 10-7 in 12 Year old Post-Season

At Valley Sports  Valley Sports beat Nelson County 13-2 in the 12 Year old Nationals.

At North Oldham,  North Oldham defeated South Oldham 7-1 in the 12 year Old Nationals.  For North Oldham,  Mitchell Elwell had a homerun. Hunter Thomas had a double. Jackson Gibson had two hits. For South Oldham,  Chanler Lightfoot had a basehit.

In the 11 year old Nationals  North Oldham won the District Championship 27-3. 

 In the 10 year Old Post-Season championship North Oldham stopped Valley Sports 11-5

In the 8 Year old post-Season semi Finals North oldham defeated South Oldham Green  13-5. For North Oldham,  Sam young(2), Luke Schneider and Logan Wade had doubles.  Eli Meyeres, Logan Wade, Sam Young had triples.  For South Oldham,  Evan hays, Jacob Morrison and Dylan Francis had doubles.  In the second game  Valley Sports defeated Nelson County 17-6.  For Valley Sports,  Aaron Murphy, Skyler Murphy, Tyler Kerfoot(2), and Hunter Strong  had doubles.  Hunter Strong added a triple.  Xavier price had three hits.  For Nelson County, Barrett Riley, Bruce Riley, Jace Werner,and Wil Johnson each had two hits.

Sunday Night games

Some games  were  canceled because of weather  and some games met the  game requirement for an official game.  All Softball  games were completed at Nelson County.
